If your order has not yet been shipped
We'll be able to:
- Update your address or email on file
- Cancel your order
💡 Unfortunately, we can't change the items in your order, or add/edit discounts. We can cancel your order in its entirety for a full refund - you can then place another order with the correct items.
If your order has already shipped
Once an order has left our warehouse, we can't cancel or modify it. If you're in the United States or Canada, please email us at email@example.com to see if it can be returned.
