As long as an order hasn't been shipped, we can help update your shipping address.

If your order has shipped
If your order has shipped, we aren't able to change the address. You can try contacting the courier to see if they are able to redirect your package. If they are unable to change the address, your package may eventually be returned to us. If this is the case, please email us and we'd happy to help! 💛
⚠️ Note: Billing addresses can't be changed once an order is placed, but an incorrect billing address won't interrupt the payment process.
