Update Shipping Address
There are two ways you can update your shipping address:
- If your order was shipped with Passport, reach out to Passport via help@passportshipping.com so they can help you.

Otherwise, reach out to us at hi@getinkbox.com with the following information:Â
- Your order number
- Your email address
- The new address you want to ship to.
Update Email Address
You can update your email address by reaching out to us at hi@getinkbox.com with the following information:Â
- Your order number
- Your current email address
- The new email address you wish to have linked

If your order has already shipped🚚Â
Once an order has left our warehouse, we can't cancel or modify it. If you're in the United States or Canada, please email us at hi@getinkbox.com to see if it can be returned.
