All custom designs currently have a processing time of up to 8 business days, which does not include shipping time. This is because our custom team creates all designs individually on an on-demand basis! If you have not received a shipping notification and your order was placed more than 8 business days ago, please check your email and/or log into your Inkbox account - we may have had to make a change to your design and are waiting to hear back from you!
If your order has exceeded 8 business days and you can't find any further correspondences from us, please contact us at email@example.com for an update.
⚠️ Note: We don't ship partial orders. If you ordered other Inkbox products (catalog tattoos or Freehand Ink) within the same order as your custom tattoo, it will ship once the entire order is completed.
