How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Once you place an order with us, this is what happens! 

1. Processing: First, our team prepares and packs your order! 
2. Shipping: Once it's ready to go, we ship your order and send you a shipping confirmation email. 

⚠️ It’s taking us a little longer to process your order because we’re experiencing high order volumes and are working with reduced team members to better protect health and safety. At this time, our processing time is between 1-3 days. Our shipping partners are also experiencing some delays, depending on where packages are being shipped.

Shipping Delays

We're seeing delays across the global shipping networks right now. For all orders, there's a chance that your package will update slower or be delivered outside of the timelines listed on our shipping page.

The United States 🇺🇸

Shipping is generally operating normally! You may receive a delivery notice up to 3 days before it gets delivered. Please reach out to our team if you're having trouble locating your package. We're here to help! 

Canada 🇨🇦

Please be advised that Canada Post has suspended mail delivery to parts of British Columbia due to poor air quality originating from smoke and forest fires from the United States West Coast. Mail service will resume in 24-48 hours for local deliveries, should conditions subside.

Canada Post is currently seeing higher than usual volume! Once your package is marked as shipped, it may take up to 6-10 business days for delivery after you get your shipping confirmation.

 

International 🌏

Internationally, there are significant delays for both customs offices and postal services to processing imported packages and delivering them. Certain countries have also implemented new procedures (e.g. removing signature upon arrival) for deliveries.

We've noticed the most significant delays in the following countries:

• Armenia
• Morocco
• Romania
• Russia
• Pakistan

It can take between 7 -26 days for the package to travel from us to you.
