Generally speaking (thought it's not guaranteed), if you reach out within 24 hours of placing the order, we can accommodate changes.
- If your design has not been sent to production (i.e. print), we’re happy to help accommodate changes!
- If your design has already been sent to production, we’re unable to make any changes.
Note: Our team reviews all custom designs before printing. If there are any obvious errors or issues that would prevent successful printing, we'll reach out to you prior to sending the design to print. 🙏🏽
