👍🏽 If the design is print-ready (no design issues that will prevent successful application), we will process, print, and send out your order! 🥳

👎🏽 If the design is not print-ready, one of a few things will happen:
- If our team thinks that a few minor changes (line weight, sizing) will create a successful design, we’ll reach out via email with suggested edits for your approval. We’ll hold the order for 3 days ⌛ - if we don’t hear back, we’ll proceed as best we can.
- If the changes needed to create a successful design are too extensive, our team will reach out via email for an alternate design image or offer a refund for the complex design.
- Sometimes our team needs clarification on the design to ensure that we create it as close to what was submitted as possible. Our team will follow up via email if we need to confirm the sizing, content, or quality of the image.
