Generally speaking (though it's not guaranteed), if you reach out within 24 hours of placing the order, we can accommodate most changes.
- If your design has not been sent to production (i.e. print), weβre happy to help accommodate changes!
- If your design has already been sent to production, we may not be able to make any changes.
Note: Our team reviews all custom designs before printing. If there are any obvious errors or issues that would prevent successful printing, we'll reach out to you prior to sending the design to print. ππ½
