The quickest way to get your Inkbox experience back on track is to clear your cache/cookies. It's a little different for each device so we've laid out how to do below 👇🏽
IOS Device
Google Chrome
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app.
- At the bottom, click More.
- Click History, then Clear Browsing Data.
- Make sure there’s a check mark next to “Cookies, Site Data,” and “Cached Images and Files.”
- Click Clear browsing data.
Safari
Clearing all data:
- Open the Settings app.
- Click Safari.
- Click Clear History and Website Data.
- On the screen that pops up, choose Clear History and Data.
📝 Note: when you clear your cache on your iPhone or iPad, it will clear your history on your connected devices and computers as well.
Clearing your cookies, not your browsing history:
- Open the Settings app.
- Click Safari.
- Click Advanced.
- Click Website Data.
- Choose Remove All Website Data.
📝 Note: before you do this, you might want to check your iCloud settings to make sure you preserve your passwords.
Android Device
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
- At the top right, choose More.
- Click History, then Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range (to delete everything, select All Time).
- Next to “Cookies and site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
