After Ordering
Once your order has been placed, we're not able to make adjustments to the speed at which the order is processed or shipped.
When you place an order, it enters a queue to be printed, as our tattoos are made to order!
What if I need my order by a specific date?
If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please read our processing and shipping times to see if it's possible. You can read about it in our article here: What are the shipping rates and times? Do you offer free shipping?
If your order does not look like it will arrive in time, please reach out to us at hi@getinkbox.com or fill out the form here 📓 as soon as possible so we can help cancel your order before it is sent to processing!
Note: Once your order has been sent to processing, we cannot cancel your order.
Can I pay more money to expedite my order after I placed it?
No. We don’t currently offer any way to change the shipping speed or processing speed after an order has been placed for additional payment.
If you would like to change the shipping speed, we would be happy to cancel the order so you can reorder with a faster shipping option.
