If you need to cancel your order, or update your shipping address, please use the link here and fill out the relevant form📓 ASAP! We have a tight turnaround for orders and once an order is processing, we cannot cancel or change anything about it!
Step #1.5 Review - CUSTOM TATS ONLY!
If your order contains any custom designs, our team of specialized artists will have to review your design first. Sometimes, we need to work with you to adjust your designs via email so that your tattoo looks its best! In these cases, it may take longer that our normal processing days for your order to ship, so keep an eye on your email address and check those junk/spam folders just in case!
Step #2: Processing your order 📦
Your tattoos need to be printed and then packed!
Each tattoo is printed to order to ensure quality. Also, once an order is in processing, we cannot change anything about the order, including cancelling or changing the shipping address.
This also means there is a short period of time between you clicking the place order button and us shipping it out!
Our current estimated processing time is:
4-6 business days
Note: For Custom Tattoo orders this can take a few days longer (up to 5-10 business days) as we may need to confirm edits with you to make sure your tattoo turns out okay. Make sure to keep an eye on your email!
If it’s past the estimated processing days for your order and you haven’t received your Shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, please email hi@getinkbox.com with your order number!
Step #3: Shipping & Tracking your order 🚚
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this link to follow along as your order makes its way to you!
You can also type your tracking number into our order tracking page.
Note: This page will only show tracking numbers once your order has been shipped. If you try to track your order before you've received your shipping email, the site will not be able to locate your package.
