We're seeing delays across the global shipping networks right now. For all orders, there's a chance that your package will update slower or be delivered outside of the timelines listed on our shipping page.

Due to COVID-19, some carriers are operating with reduced staffing and taking extra caution in reviewing packages arriving across the border, causing longer-than-expected delays with processing and clearance through customs.

We've been experiencing issues when delivering to Costa Rica, Bonaire, Botswana, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Ukraine, Belarus Russia, Cambodia, Cameroon, Chile, Egypt, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guernsey, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Nigeria, South Sudan, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Tunisia, Kenya, Senegal, Mozambique, Peru and Uganda due to customs restrictions.
In order not to disappoint our customers further, we have decided to stop shipping to these destinations at the current time.
