How do I change my shipping address/cancel my order?

If you have received a shipping email, with a tracking number or not, then we cannot cancel or modify the order. Please read our return/refund policy here for further options.

We'll be able to:

  1. Update your shipping address and/or email address on file
  2. Cancel your order

  1. Your order number
  2. Your email address
  3. The new address you want to ship to.
