If your items are eligible for a refund, then please send us an email at hi@getinkbox.com! In it, include the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of each individual product you’d like to return with the QR code's visible (Can be one large photo as long as it's clear.)
- The reason why you’re hoping to refund them
