When shipping with FedEx:
If your package shows as pending or delayed there may be an issue with the shipping address provided. Reach out to us at hi@getinkbox.com with your order number or tracking number.
Sometimes FedEx will flag address issues directly with us - in this case, we'll contact you to get the required information. Once we have the right information, your order will be delivered as soon as possible!
When shipping with RRD:
Once your package has reached your country it will then be handed over to your local postal service. We recommend contacting them directly (use your tracking number as a reference) to locate your package.
