Things don't always go the way they're supposed to. We get it!
That's why you can get a gift card or a refund for any unused Inkbox products within 30 days from the day it was shipped (with a few exceptions of course)!
Due to hygiene and COVID-19 we will not be accepting physical product returns, but we will still refund or credit your item as needed. Note that your original shipping charges will not be refunded.
We aren't able to accept refunds for countries outside of Canada and the United States.
Returns requested after 30 days of the order shipment date may be eligible for an exchange in the form of an online store credit. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders that are over 90 days old.

- Freehand Tattoo Marker
- Custom Tattoos
- E-Gift Cards
- Sale Items
- Tattoo Bundles

- Your name and address
- Your order number
- The products and quantity you’d like to return
- The reason why you’re hoping to return it

From time to time, Inkbox may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of abuse of our policy.
